Legal Notice
All notices from Your Consulting Coach to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Your Consulting Coach shall be sent to the email address we provide on our Web site at: chuck@yccchuck.com.
Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Your Consulting Coach five (5) days after the date sent.

Return Policy
We believe in our products and services, and we trust in the integrity of our customers.
And we believe that your YCC Membership will pay for itself many times over, and at a fraction of the cost of other consulting coaching services. But if you feel that your YYC Membership doesn’t provide the value you expected, you can cancel within 7 days for a full refund. Same for products. That simple.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received, a refund will be processed within seven working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
